GraphGrep is a software package to search for a query graph in a database of graphs. Given a collection of graphs and a query graph, GraphGrep finds all the occurrences of the query in each graph. Click here for more information. 

    The GraphGrep Demo program displays a database of graphs and a query graph and shows all the matches found. The GraphGrep Demo allows a user to: 

• Use the existing dataset   You can use the dataset and query files we provide.
  

• Upload the dataset   You can use your own dataset and query files. Make sure the files format are correct before upload it. You can check the format here.
• Create the dataset by yourself   You can specify the number of graphs in the dataset file and the number of nodes (ex: from 80 to 100 nodes for each graph), the number of edges of each node (ex: from 5 to 10 edges for each node) in both dataset and query files.
