[SMT-LIB] SMT SC Nomination: 2nd and final call

Dear member of the SMT community,

This is the second and final call for nominations for two positions in 
the SMT Steering Committee to replace two elected members whose mandate 
expires this year:
* Bruno Dutertre (elected, 2011-13)
* Silvio Ranise (elected, 2011-13)
Both are eligible for a second appointment, and thus can be nominated.

You can nominate for SC positions if
* you are a past or current SC member, or
* you registered at SMT'11, SMT'12, or SMT'13, or
* you authored a paper at SMT'11, SMT'12, or SMT'13.

We will receive nominations by email (cesare-tinelli at uiowa.edu and 
Pascal.Fontaine at inria.fr) until ***August 10, 2013***.

Two people are required to make a nomination. No one may nominate 
himself or herself or make more than one nomination.  To be eligible, 
nominees must give their permission to the SC.
