[SMT-LIB] SMTCOMP 2012: Draft rules available for comment

TO potential participants in SMTCOMP 2012 and others interested in the competition:

A draft of the rules for the SMTCOMP 2012 competition are now posted at http://smtcomp.sourceforge.net/2012/rules12.pdf

Comments on the rules are invited until 31 January - respond to the organizers or on the smtcomp mailing list.

Note that there are proposed changes in the competition tracks, in the scoring, and we are adding an unsat-core competition and a proof-generation exhibition.
