[SMT-LIB] New release of SMT-LIB 2 reference available

Dear all,

A new release of the SMT-LIB 2 reference document (21-12-10) is available on the SMT-LIB website.

This is another minor release, fixing a number errors, clarifying the text in a few points, and adjusting the standard in minor ways. See the Documents section of http://www.smt-lib.org/ for more details.

Many thanks to David Cok for an extensive proof reading of the previous release and for pointing out several incongruities there, which have all been fixed in the new release.
