[FOM] apology from the moderator

I've been much too hasty in my dealing with FOM on my recent travels, 
and have rejected messages I should have posted and posted messages I 
should have rejected. I apologize to those I inadvertently mistreated 
and to all FOMers for my poor service.

I hope to do better.
