[FOM] Set Theory for Grothendieck's Number Theory

With thanks especially to Adam Epstein I have posted a revision of the
paper "Set Theory for Grothendieck's Number Theory."

The purely set theoretic matters have expository improvements.  There
are substantial improvements on all questions of the size of sites.
