THEOREM. The continuum hypothesis (or any Sigma21 sentence) is
provably equivalent, over ZC, to a sentence of the form
(there exists f:R into R)(forall x,y in R)(s = t)
where R is the real numbers, and s,t are terms in f,x,y,+,times,0,1.
