is at an advanced stage of publication, but still significantly before  
proof sheets.

There is a particularly wide range of topics touched on in the  
Introduction. In fact, I conjecture that everybody on the FOM list  
knows more than I do about at least one topic covered there. That is  
an AE sentence.
