While this may be somewhat off subject regarding the discussion on the 
conception of "proof", it might be worth noting that a fairly extensive 
bibliography of philosophical writings on the nature of proof "Selected 
Bibliography of Philosophical Materials Pertaining to Mathematics and 
Proof" is available on-line at:

It is associated with the "Annotated Bibliography on Proof in 
Mathematics Education" at:

http://fcis.oise.utoronto.ca/~ghanna/educationabstracts.html

The major shortcoming of the bibliography is that it is somewhat 
out-dated, ending with works published in 2008.
