You might start with Mark van Atten's entry on Brouwer in SEP:

Mark's little book on Brouwer is also very good.

Dummett's position is very different from the standard intuitionism  
(if there is such...). The principal source is his 1975 paper ‘The  
Philosophical Basis for Intuitionistic Logic’. Prawitz's paper  
‘Dummett on a theory of meaning and its impact on logic’ is also  
helpful.
