[FOM] FOM future

A message from Harvey Friedman to the other FOM board members was
erroneously posted to the FOM list. It should not have been posted,
but since it was, fairness demands that the following should be
posted as well:

1. Steve Simpson was moderator of FOM for nearly five years, from
when he founded it in 1997 until he stepped down in August 2002.
The number of subscribers when he stepped down was more than
600.

2. The board members other than Harvey do not endorse the opinions
concerning Steve's tenure as moderator that are expressed in
Harvey's posting.
