Dear FOM members

I am editing some correspondence of the portuguese logician Edmundo
Curvelo (1913-54), acquainted with W. V. O. Quine, W. P. Montague and
many others. His first (of five, in portuguese) books, "Introduction
to Logic" (Lisboa: Cosmos, 1943) was reviewed by A. Church in the JSL
XIII, N. 3, September 1948, p. 144. Some names of alleged logicians
(and/or philosophers of science) came up, of which I have been unable
to find any biographical data: S. Kiss, R. Bayer, Rene Poirier, H (or
V?) Glivenko. Can anyone help?
