[FOM] Kreisel's Elements of Mathematical Logic

In the "Preface to the Second Printing" of  Kreisel's "Elements of
Mathematical Logic", Second revised printing, 1971, Kreisel mentions ". . .
a revised edition in preparation." Does anyone on the fom list know if this
edition ever materialized?
