There has clearly been a lot of work on large cardinal axioms, which tell us something about the height of V. I have not come across any axioms which are intended to say anything about the width of V, except V=L which seems to say it is as thin as possible. Can anyone point me to work on axioms which are intended to make V as fat as possible? Roger Jones
