FOM is run from the Courant Institute in Greenwich Village New York City, 
and its servers were certainly down for 24 hours. Your moderator was 
actually caught in the blackout in New York and made his cardiologist happy 
by easily walking 4 miles in the 90 degree heat and then up to the 9th floor.

However, the lack of issues is just due to the lack of postings, as you can 
see from this one.
