[FOM] New host for fom

Dear subscribers,

You are receiving this message from its new home at the Courant Institute 
of NYU.

Lists here are managed using a program called GNU mailman which behaves 
differently in some respects from the older majordomo program used at Penn 
State. An IMPORTANT difference is that you will have access to your own web 
page in which you can set your individual preferences.
This includes specifying whether you want to receive FOM postings as 
separate messages or in digest form and also allowing you to temporarily 
disable receiving postings.

You should have already received an email message telling you how to access 
your individual page. However, I have reason to believe not all of you have 
received this message. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED SUCH A MESSAGE, PLEASE LET 
ME KNOW AND I WILL CORRECT THIS.

Remember that from now on postings to fom should be addressed to 
fom at cs.nyu.edu.
