Surely this puzzle is unworthy of the attentions of
the estimable Allen Hazen.   These puzzles always
assume that the state of affairs at time $\omega$ 
is well-defined, and in most of the cases where an 
oddity arises (like Thompson's lamp) it isn't.  There
is no prima facie reason why it should be well-defined,
and one needs monotonicity clauses which have to
established rather than just assumed.
