FOM: Boole, Probability, and Material Implication

Adding to Allen's bibliog, Richard Bradley (LSE, Dept Phil) has recently
discussed Adams' thesis. I think Adams' original idea is from,
--- Adams, E.W. 1975: _Logic of Conditionals_, Reidel.

Lewis showed that any such => can't be truth-functional (as Robert Black
mentioned). This then leads onto a load of "trivialization results",
mentioned by Allen.

Richard's paper is:
