FOM: Challenge on RVM

Here is a question for set theorists:

What is wrong with "a real-valued measurable cardinal exists" as a new
axiom?  It can be given an intuitive motivation and settles lots of open
questions.  Why do set theorists regard CH as so profoundly undecided
when it is settled by a reasonable axiom?
