Proposal: Analyze Technical Operations Systems

This project is for ConvaTec - a division of BMS.   ConvaTec is a medical devices company and a worldwide leader in ostomy care and wound care.
The technical operations business area of ConvaTec manages manufacturing, regulatory compliance, supply chain procurement and other critical operations.  The technical operations area uses many computer systems, including SAP, Documentum, Cognos, Peoplesoft and others. 
The goal of this project is to analyze the computer systems used in the technical operations business area.  We want to evaluate whether the systems deployed are the best available systems for the purpose.  The first part of the project should analyze the existing systems, including these tasks:
